Overview
Following the introduction of the Data Protection Act, many organisations have found it difficult to both understand and convey to their employees the new responsibilities and how to apply these in practice.
Using clear non-legal language (explaining key legal terms where these must be used), this course explains:
- the legal rights enshrined in Data Protection law,
- the principles that an organisation must apply and
- how Data Protection may be applied in practice.
