Overview
With over 10 million people in Britain now registered as disabled, the Disability Discrimination Act applies to a significant proportion of any organisation’s customers and staff.
This course is designed to help all staff understand the present legislation addressing discrimination against disabled customers and employees, and offers practical information combined with real-life scenarios on positive approaches to dealing with disability in the workplace.

This training program runs over a typical company Intranet or hosted website with minimum specification and do not require plug-ins such as Macromedia Flash, Shockwave or Java.
