Overview
Large companies with many computer-based workers find it hard to eliminate the problem of email and internet abuse. Frequently this is due to a lack of understanding on the employees’ part that seemingly innocent actions may be illegal or even endanger the company’s security.
This training is an ideal way to educate the workforce about the extent of legislation and the possible consequences of email or internet abuse.
The course includes:
- An introduction to key laws associated to e-mail and Internet abuse, with real case study examples
- Scenarios to help employees recognise which laws apply
- How to use e-mail effectively
