Overview
It is part of Health and Safety law that a home worker risk assessment is undertaken for employees who spend part or all of their time working from home.
This risk assessment should be repeated when an individual moves home, or if there is a major change to their environment.
This risk assessment program provides a quick and easy electronic method for employees to assess and resolve health and safety concerns associated with working from home.
The format is an interactive questionnaire. Employees run through the risk assessment checklist and where an employee's response indicates a problem, the system registers a concern. When used with the Audit+ Records Management System, the risk assessment details are automatically saved to a database for analysis and resolution by the relevant managers.
