“We have about 4,300 people at 47 locations. To install applications on our Intranet would require going through so many hoops we thought internet-based would be more efficient, and it has been very efficient.
We involved our facility managers in the decision-making and they thought it was a great idea and a good system to use. It has been possible to roll-out compliance training nationally with minimal resource requirements. It has been far less expensive than doing this any other way and the feedback is that people have really enjoyed it.
The management system provided is important to us and we have a Learning Development Adviser who is responsible for keeping track of the training. Extracting information from the system is simple – you just put in the dates, with whichever search criteria you require, and there it is.
